This one-day licensure preparation course covers the crucial content and test-taking stategies for the NCMHCE examination. Lisa Mayfield developed this course after studying for the test herself back in 2003 and discovering that if you just knew where to focus your studies you could pass the examination with "ease and confidence". Since that time she has helped hundreds of mental health counselors pass the exam.
This course covers:
* Mastering the examination format
* Assessment
* Diagnosis (review of the entire DSM-IV-TR)
* Treatment (with case review)
* Test taking strategies
* Additional questions to expect
